About Weeds

We’re a team of former regulators, in-house compliance managers, master growers, advocates, and elected officials who also happen to be fun folks to work with.

Our team members have been working in cannabis policy in the West for over a decade. When New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham launched her legalization task force, the Weeds. team became the chairperson, staff, and advisors to build what became the state’s roadmap to a system built on social equity, public safety, and economic opportunity.

With legalization finally on the way, we partnered with some of the state’s largest medical cannabis companies to navigate their transition to adult use and launched the state’s first licensing navigator services for new entrepreneurs.

Today, Weeds. is one of the state’s fastest growing cannabis companies and New Mexico’s only full-service cannabis services company. Our programs have been used to license over 100 facilities across New Mexico. Our team provides seed-to-sale licensing, compliance, and consulting for operators, wholesale services for established licensees, and provides industry intelligence and analysis.
